Celebrating our British Chamber of Commerce Award Win

We are delighted to have won the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) Chamber Business Award 2022 in The Workforce Developer category for the East Midlands region.

The award nomination from the BCC was a result of the company previously picking up the award for Commitment to People Development at the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce Awards in 2021. Regional chambers were then asked to put forward a business from each of their own award categories to the national awards.

This Commitment to People Award recognises “a business that has shown how their approach to the learning and development of their team has enhanced their business performance.”

Following the regional win, national winners will be announced w/c 17 October and the eight category winners, together with the UK and International Chambers of the Year, then honoured at the closing of the London Stock Exchange event on 1 December with the Winner of Winners being announced.

The company actively supports and advocates for its employees’ mental health. It has an online system, the Healing Hub, which offers multiple resources to help manage stress and anxiety as well as actively promoting the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course, ensuring managers are adequately trained to deal with mental health incidents in the workplace.
