An experienced and dynamic CEO, Brij founded Precision FM in 2012 with just two staff members and a small number of customers. He has since grown the company to one that serves customers with a total market value of over £300 billion, and over 200 supply chain partners.
His role as CEO is primarily focused on the continued development of the company. This includes business development, strategic initiatives, technological advancement, charity support and new acquisitions.
The CEO Publication previously named Brij as one of the “20 most dynamic CEOs in the UK″ for his track record of “transforming the industry with his unique solutions”. Indeed, Brij’s transformative approach to facilities management and commitment to people development saw him named as Entrepreneur of the Year at the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.
An IOSH-qualified Health and Safety specialist, Richard has over ten years of experience in facilities management.
Richard has responsibility for our cleaning and security teams to ensure all our operational procedures are implemented correctly. A key member of our new business team, Richard oversees the creation of all quotations and looks after our procurement applications and bid submissions.
Louise is the main point of communication for all our clients, overseeing the work of our Helpdesk team to ensure client requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Louise manages our PPM schedules to ensure that all planned maintenance requirements are carried out as scheduled and that our contractual obligations are met.
Louise is valued for the excellent administrative skills she brings to the company, which can see her expertly juggling many tasks and happily answering many client queries.
